Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bulala application operated by HONG KONG LI ZI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Bulala App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for any content you share through the App. You agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of HONG KONG LI ZI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
